These terms govern your use of Luxe AfterDark. By creating an account you accept them in full.
Luxe AfterDark is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. You confirm you meet this requirement each time you sign in.
We may require identity verification at any time and may suspend access while a verification is pending.
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
Providing false information, impersonating another person, or evading a ban results in permanent termination without refund.
Memberships renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Creator subscriptions and individual purchases are separate from platform membership.
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes and are charged through Paystack.
Creators retain ownership of their work and grant us a licence to host, transcode and deliver it to entitled members.
Access you buy is a personal, non-transferable licence to view. Downloading, recording, redistributing or reposting content is prohibited and may be unlawful.
You may not publish or request content involving anyone under 18, non-consensual acts, coercion, real violence, or any illegal activity.
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or attempt to identify other members.
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious safety breaches are reported to the authorities.
You may close your account at any time. Closure does not entitle you to a refund for a period already used.
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in-app at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
