Subscription Policy

1.Billing

Subscriptions are charged through Paystack at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically at the same interval until cancelled.

Charges appear discreetly and never name the content or creator.

2.Renewal

We attempt renewal on the anniversary of your start date. If a charge fails we retry over a short grace period; access pauses until a payment succeeds.

3.Changing tier

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the remainder of your current period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you have already paid for.

4.Cancelling

Cancel any time from Account → Membership, or from a creator's profile for a creator subscription. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for; no further charges are made.

5.Price changes

Platform membership prices change only with at least thirty days' notice. Creators may change their own subscription price; existing subscribers keep the old price until their next renewal after notice.

6.If a creator leaves

Your subscription to that creator ends and is not renewed. Content you purchased outright remains in your library while it is hosted.
