Age & Consent Policy

1.Members

You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Access is gated behind account creation and a paid membership, and we may require additional age assurance at any time.

2.Creators

Creators must complete government identity verification and a liveness check before publishing. Documents are stored privately and reviewed by a small dedicated team.

Verification may be repeated at any time; publishing is paused while re-verification is pending.

3.Participants

Every person appearing in any piece of content must be a consenting adult. Creators must declare each participant and attach a signed release before an item can leave draft status.

Consent must be specific to publication on this platform and may be withdrawn, at which point the content is removed.

4.Zero tolerance

Any content involving a minor — real, simulated, stylised or implied — results in immediate permanent termination, preservation of evidence, and a report to the relevant authorities.

The same applies to non-consensual content, coercion and trafficking indicators.

5.Reporting

Report suspected underage or non-consensual content immediately to safety@luxeafterdark.com or with the report control on any item. Reports in these categories are triaged ahead of everything else, around the clock.

6.Record keeping

Verification records and participant releases are retained for the statutory period required of adult platforms, separately from ordinary account data and beyond account closure.
