Chargeback Policy

A chargeback is a dispute raised with your bank. It is slower and more damaging than simply asking us — please contact support first.

1.Talk to us first

Most disputes are billing errors we can resolve within two business days. Contact support with the transaction reference before raising a dispute with your bank.

2.What happens when a chargeback is raised

Access to the disputed purchase is suspended immediately and your account may be restricted while the dispute is open.

We respond to the card network with delivery evidence: entitlement records, access logs and the transaction trail.

3.Outcomes

If the dispute is upheld in your favour, the charge is reversed and the entitlement remains removed.

If it is resolved in our favour, the charge stands and access is restored.

4.Abuse

Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks — disputing content you demonstrably accessed — result in permanent termination and may be referred for recovery.

5.Effect on creators

Creator earnings from a disputed transaction are held until the dispute closes, and reversed if the dispute succeeds. Creators are not charged the network dispute fee.
