We remove infringing content promptly and terminate repeat infringers.
Send a notice to copyright@luxeafterdark.com identifying the work you own, the exact URL of the infringing item, your contact details, and a statement that you hold the rights and believe the use is unauthorised.
Notices must be signed by the rights holder or an authorised agent.
Valid notices result in removal or disabling of the item, usually within two business days, and notification to the creator with a copy of the notice.
A creator who believes removal was mistaken may submit a counter-notice identifying the item, explaining the basis of their right to publish, and consenting to jurisdiction. We may restore the item if the complainant does not pursue the matter.
If content of you has been published without your consent, do not use this route — contact safety@luxeafterdark.com. Such content is removed immediately while we investigate, before any dispute is resolved.
Accounts that accumulate repeated valid notices are permanently terminated and forfeit associated earnings.
Knowingly false notices are an abuse of this process and may make you liable for damages and costs.
