This agreement applies to every verified creator publishing on Luxe AfterDark, in addition to our general terms.
You must complete identity and age verification before publishing. You confirm all information supplied is accurate and will update it if it changes.
We may re-verify at any time and may pause publishing until re-verification completes.
You retain full ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, transcode, thumbnail and deliver it to entitled members, and to display excerpts for promotion within the platform.
This licence ends when you remove the content, except where members hold an existing purchase and for the copies we must retain for legal records.
Every person appearing in your content must be a consenting adult. You must declare each participant and attach a signed release before publishing. Falsifying a release is grounds for permanent termination and referral to the authorities.
You set your monthly subscription price and any individual item prices. You receive 80% of net revenue from subscriptions, sales, tips and pay-per-view; we retain 20% to run the platform.
Net revenue is gross receipts less payment processing fees, refunds and chargebacks.
Earnings clear after the standard settlement and dispute window, then become available to withdraw to a verified Nigerian bank account via Paystack once above the minimum threshold.
We may withhold a payout while a fraud, chargeback or safety investigation is open.
No content involving minors, non-consensual acts, coercion, real violence or illegal activity. No impersonation. No reselling work you do not own.
Breach results in removal, forfeiture of associated earnings, and permanent termination where the breach is serious.
There is no exclusivity requirement — publish elsewhere freely. Either party may end this agreement at any time; earned and cleared balances remain payable to you.
