You may request deletion of your Luxe AfterDark account and associated personal data.
Open the Luxe AfterDark Contact page and submit a request using the email address connected to your account.
Clearly state that you are requesting permanent deletion of your Luxe AfterDark account and personal data.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
Your public profile, account preferences, saved content, messages where deletion is legally permitted, and other personal account information will be deleted or anonymised.
Creator media and profile content will be removed from public access when the creator account is deleted.
Certain identity-verification, payment, transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax and compliance records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Retained records remain access-controlled and are not used for marketing.
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete eligible deletion within thirty days.
We will notify you if a legal obligation requires a longer retention period or prevents deletion of specific records.
If you created or accessed your Luxe AfterDark account using Facebook Login, submit the same deletion request through our Contact page using the email address associated with your Facebook account.
Removing Luxe AfterDark from your Facebook account settings does not by itself guarantee deletion of the separate Luxe AfterDark account.
